Any money transferred to the Unpaid Dividend Account of a company in pursuance to section 124(5) which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years (7 year and 37 days from the date of declaration of dividend) from the date of such transfer shall be transferred by the company along with interest accrued, if any, thereon to IEPF.

Like Blood Bank farmers should be able to get the genuine and quality seeds. Now pure variety of rice is not cultivated and many cultivate Genetically modified ones. Likewise there is no awareness in using natural manures and chemical based manures are used much to get quick results. Farmers should be encouraged to cultivate the old varieties of seeds. The crops cultivated by our ancestors had a quality, taste and longevity. Food prepared using these products were tasty and it didn't decay quickly and it withstood the climate change. Now a days it doesn't last even for next day and it gets spoiled soon during summer season. Food gets wasted if it loses it taste and smell.So please start Seeds Bank and start collecting all varieties of cash crops and preserve them..So that our youngsters will get a quality product always. Government should set up a Control Room in Cyclone hit areas across the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. When a severe cyclone, hurricane or Tsunami occurs these control rooms should give alerts and it should despatch Rapid Action Force to save the affected people and provide them food and drinking water till the situation becomes normal. There were some incidents of distribution of Relief materials collected and donated by the public. Some political parties took control of those relief materials and gave it to their known people. All relief materials collected should be handed over to these Rapid Action Force and they only should be authorised to distribute these relife materials uniformly to the affected people. This Rapid Action Force should have more youngsters and unemployed youths can be trained and they can be inducted in Rapid Action Force team. They should be deployed in their state as they know the local language and location clearly. This will help during rescue operation.
