माननीय पीएम श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हाल ही में केंद्रीय बजट 2021-22 में DIPAM से संबंधित प्रावधानों के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए एक रोडमैप का विस्तार करने हेतु एक वेबिनार को संबोधित किया।

वेबिनार को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि इस बजट ने भारत को विकास पथ पर वापस ले जाने के लिए एक स्पष्ट रोडमैप रखा है।

अगले पांच वर्षों में भारत नेशनल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर पाइपलाइन के माध्यम से अपने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को अपग्रेड करने के लिए 111 ट्रिलियन खर्च करने की तैयारी कर रहा है, इस निवेश के लिए एक स्पष्ट रोडमैप का मसौदा तैयार करना जरुरी है।

इससे न केवल नए निवेश के अवसर पैदा होंगे बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में रोजगार के भी अपार अवसर पैदा होंगे।

हम निवेश और सार्वजनिक संपत्ति प्रबंधन विभाग में बजट प्रावधानों के कार्यान्वयन पर जनता और अन्य हितधारकों से विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित कर रहे हैं।

A statement of the government's financial position which is used for the government's economic and social welfare programmes and as part of FISCAL POLICY in managing the level and distribution of spending in the economy. Government revenue comes primarily from receipts from various taxes such as income tax and value added tax ( DIRECT TAX, INDIRECT TAX), NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS, and miscellaneous sales, including the proceeds from selling off State industries.

How the government varies the borrowing between these two categories has an important effect on the level (and distribution) of spending in the economy. The issue of Treasury Bills increases the liquidity base' of the banking system, enabling it to make more credit available (i.e. it increases the MONEY SUPPLY and thus raises spending in the economy); by contrast, the issue of bonds reduces the liquidity base of the banking system as buyers of bonds run down their bank deposits to purchase them

Public sector borrowing requirement (PSBR) the amount of money the government requires to borrow in order to finance a budget deficit (see BUDGET (GOVERNMENT)). The government can finance the PSBR in two basic ways: by the issue of short-dated TREASURY BILLS which are purchased in the main by DISCOUNT HOUSES and COMMERCIAL BANKS; by the issue of long-dated government BONDS which are purchased by INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS (pension funds etc.) and by the general public.

Macroeconomic theory : concerned with the sources of national income and the causes of inflation. The theory, proposed by and closely associated with Milton Friedman, states that the amount of money issued by a government should be kept steady, only allowing increases in the supply of money to allow for natural economic growth.  Monetarism also states that the rate of inflation is directly determined by the supply of money available in an economy

Respected Modiji, I bring your attention that Whatever fund given to State Government is utilised for construction of selective buildings,roads&structures for corruption supportive agencies,contractors& construction co-operative Societies who are ready to give total value of bribe at rate of 60% to ruling party &40%to opposition party leaders to avoid allegation.I request to form a Central Government Construction Corporation like DMRC for each state to supervise & build Govt.related projects.
