educating citizens about the legal actions they can take against misleading ads is an important step. But the enormous delay in our legal system has deteriorated the trust of people. How can a citizen spent his time and money for a long legal battle. So the state has a moral obligation of making fast track courts and also legal aids if necessary. Then only common man will bravely come and raise his voice against these injustices. First Govt have to awake. Then the commoner!

Almost all advertisements by so called celebrities are misleading and adding to unwarranted expenditure and increasing cost of consumer items and inflation.advertising celebrities are charging hefty amount and expending such income on luxuries ,which on the cost of common man of the country.Misleading Advertising by such persons should be stopped and such expenses should be disallowed under IT act.A simple informative advertisements only should be allowed.

The Editors of publications which carry these advertisement are wise people. It is very easy for them to identify the misleading advertisement. It should be their responsibility to see that these are not published. In case they can not decide they should invite readers to send comments regarding advertisements and based on readers experience also it can be decided whether an advertisement is misleading or not.

First: Stop double meaning kind of advertisement in newspaper. How can a leading newspaper dare to give advertisement like "special full body massage from female only" etc.? Second: For lighter advertisement like increase height etc. govt. should make it mandatory for advertisers to give a video link on youtube as proof. The link should have been verified by authorities.

Can we think of employing educated and unemployed youth as a group in charge of arranging cleaning up of any unclean area. If we are to achieve the dream of a Clean India we need to start employing people in cleaning garbages wherever it is dumed. I feel plastic waste and polyethene carry bags pose the greatest theat. For this we have to have an alternative.Jute carry bags, paper bags may be thought of.People employed in cleaning need a pay hike. They need accessories.

the advertiser of misleading advertisement like toothpaset, shampoo, food, etc. should be penalized and the advertisement should be banned. such advertisements are so fictitious that it's very clear from the ad itself but still the BCCC (broadcasting contents complaints council) and IBF do not ban such advertisements and no action is taken.

action against misleading advertisements is an exercise involving two steps. the penal action has ro be taken by the State but undoutedly the inputs for defaulter companies indulging in misleading advertisements has to come from the public at large who are consumers of advertised products. the citizens however would expect that their inputs are taken by the authorites on record and actions taken on sustainable inputs for which there should be a status review system in respect of each input.
