आज कारागार से संबंधित अनेक समस्याएं हैं – ...

आज कारागार से संबंधित अनेक समस्याएं हैं –

1. भीड़-भाड़
2. कैदियों के लिए उचित मानसिक देखभाल प्रदान करने की चुनौती
3. 6 वर्ष की आयु के बाद महिला कैदियों के बच्चों की नियमित देखभाल
4. कैदियों के पुनर्वास के लिए बाजार संगत योजनाएं
5. जेल उत्पादनों का विपणन और जेल कर्मचारियों के लिए कल्याणकारी योजनाएं
6. अन्य पक्षों या समुदायों के साथ एकरूपता
7. नए कारावासों के डिजाईन और उनकी वास्तुकला का आधुनिकीकरण
8. महिला कैदियों के लिए प्रशिक्षण और कल्याणकारी योजनाएं
9. रिहाई के पश्चात समाज में उनकी स्वीकृति से संबंधित मुद्दे
10. सभी राज्यों/केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों द्वारा मॉडल जेल मार्गदर्शिका अपनाना

हम उपरोक्त समस्याओं पर प्रतिक्रिया/सुझाव और टिप्पणियाँ देने के लिए आप सभी को आमंत्रित करते हैं।

Prisons today are beset with issue like:

1. Overcrowding
2. Challenge of providing adequate mental health care to inmates
3. Continuity of care for children of women inmates after 6 years of age
4. Market relevant schemes for rehabilitation of inmates
5. Marketing of jail-products, welfare schemes for the prison staff
6. The question of party with other uniformed services
7. Modernizing the design, architecture of new model prisons
8. Training and welfare schemes for women inmates
9. Social issues regarding their acceptance after release
10. Adoption of model prison manual by all States/UTs for uniformity in prison administration.

पिछले पोस्ट से ..*ऐसा करने से # भविष्य में बढनेवाली गुनेहगारोंकी संख्या कम हो सकने में मदत होगी साथ ही # गुनेहगारोंको संभालने में लगनेवाली लागत को वसूला जा सकता है।* अशिक्षीत/अल्पशिक्षीत कैदियों के कौशल विकास पर भी जोर देना चहिए।* गुनेहगारोंकी गुनाह करनेके पिछे की मानसिकता और सामाजिक कारणों का समजशास्त्री, मानसशास्त्रीयोंद्वारा अध्ययन करके व्यवस्था में सुधार के सतत प्रयत्न करने चाहिए।* जेल परिसर मे* CCTV कॅमेरे बिठाने चाहिए।* जेल कर्मचारियो को भी कैदियों के प्रती बर्ताव के लिए प्रशिक्षीत करना हो

*गुनेहगारोंकी गुनेहगारी पार्श्वभूमी, शिक्षा, व्यवसाय/नौकरी का पुर्वानुभव ध्यान में लेते हुए उनको अलगसे रखा जाना चाहिए क्योंकी गुस्सेमें आकर या गलतीसे किये गुन्हे के आरोपी अगर अट्टल गुनेहगारोंके संपर्क में आते है तो उनकीभी मानसिकता बिगडनी लगती है। *उन्हे मेडिटेशन/काऊंसिलींग के साथ बाबा आमटे जैसे महान व्यक्तीयोंके चरित्र भाषण/डॉक्यूमेंटरी दिखाकर उनमे सकारात्मक भाव पैदा करनेकी जरुरत्त है। * हर कैदी के अनुरूप उसे काम दिया जाना चाहिए। ***भाग-2 आगे की पोस्ट में.....

Convicts should not be ill treated in jails. Even, Prisons should be renamed as GoodnessCentres. People inside jails should be taught the value of hardwork, active communication. All those things which makes all mates equal to each other should be carried out. For e.g. no one is superior, absence of materialism, equal treatment. Whenever there is equality, greed, wants, there is crime. No one should be at any cost be allowed to contact with d outside world through mobile, tv,.make jail lyf happy

Dear Sir, There should be spiritual transform programs which includes meditation for all the prisoners. This will make difference in true sense. This practice is already in place in many jails via Art Of Living foundation but it is not regular. There should be directive from Center Govt on this to make it mandatory for all prisoners. Prisons should be provided with law libraries for the use of inmates. All procedural laws should be made available in local languages in all prisons and the under trials should be given free access to such books including law journals. Thus they can get to know their rights and their limitations. It will work as a deterrent in future if they understand things. A mygov like site should be there for the inmates to lodge anonymous complaints.
