Gem.gov.in के बारे में

केन्द्र सरकार के निर्देशों के तहत निदेशालय जनरल आपूर्ति और निपटान (डीजीएस एंड डी) ने विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों / संगठनों / पीएसयू द्वारा आवश्यक सामान्य उपयोग के सामान और सेवाओं की ऑनलाइन खरीद की सुविधा के लिए एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म गर्वमेंट ई-मार्केट प्लेस (जीईएम) विकसित किया गया है। जीईएम प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री और ई-नीलामी के लिए खरीदारों और विक्रेताओं / सेवा प्रदाताओं को एक आम प्लेटफॉर्म प्रदान करेगा।

हालांकि सामानों की खरीद तो बहुत आम बात है, लेकिन अब सरकार जीईएम प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से सरकारी इस्तेमाल हेतु खरीदारों के लिए नई सेवा उपलब्ध (जैसे उत्पादों) कराना चाहती है।

उदाहरण के तौर पर जीईएम पर पहले से ही टैक्सी सेवा मौजूद है। सरकारी खरीदार विकल्पों की सूची से चयन कर सकते हैं (जैसे कि निविदा के पैरामीटर) उदाहरण: भर्ती के प्रकार (स्पॉट भर्ती, नियमित भर्ती, लीज पर देना), भर्ती की अवधि (आधा दिन, पूर्ण दिन, मासिक वार्षिक आदि), बनावट (सेडान, हैचबैक), इंजन क्षमता (800 सीसी से 2500 सीसी) आदि। सेवा प्रदाता इन सभी संयोजनों के लिए दर प्रदान करेगा और खरीदार फैसला लेने से पहले विभिन्न सेवा प्रदाताओं के दरों की तुलना कर सकता है। ये सभी सुविधाएं gem.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है।

इस तर्ज पर डीजीएस एंड डी कुछ अन्य सेवाओं के लिए मसौदा तैयार कर रहा है, एसएलए और निविदा योग्य मापदंडों के मसौदा को अब सार्वजनिक परामर्श के लिए रखा गया है। प्रत्येक सेवा के लिए तैयार किए गए विशिष्ट नियमों और शर्तों के साथ-साथ जेम (GeM)पर विभिन्न सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए निर्धारित वित्तीय / तकनीकी पैरामीटरों पर राय लेना चाहते हैं।

आज के दौर में उन नेताओं को बीजेपी को टिकट नही देना चाहिए जो वर्तमान में किसी दूसरी पार्टी से जीतकर बैठे हुवे है और अब जब मोदीजी लहर चली तो उसमें भी आकर चुनाव में वापिस बीजेपी से खड़े होने का तिकड़म लगा रहे है। ये गलत है , जिन्होंने अपनी पूरी जिंदगी बीजेपी को लाने में लगा दी उन कार्यकताओ का मनोबल टूटता जा रहा है। ऐसा बिल्कुल नही होना चाहिए इस पर रोक होंनी चाहिए। कृपया मोदीजी आप से पार्टी और भारत है आप एक आशा की किरण बनकर आये हो ऐसा मत होने दो। हमारे शहर में यही हो रहा है

many govt vechile are in good condition but also they are changing there vechile but they have to sell imedately how urgent they get new one that urgent sale old one it will be profit for govt and buyer.simply scraping the vechels low quality furniture purchaseing for higher price for commission purpose .simply scraping electronics systems and furnitures.they can repair it and use them with smooth handling.how in private sectors the will use why not govt employees will use.

sir there lots of building constructed buy govt which are to big or only less employees working its all national waste in my home they made cc road afterwards drianage then road then filter water pipe line then again cc road u imagine how much loss for us miss using govt schemes borwells for corporaters house and fields where people are getting benifits after noon lunch for children in school is not for childrens for teachers and cooking staffs they will carry little amount of material to home

माननीय प्रधान मंत्री साहब मै आपका ध्यान किसानों की और ले जाना चाहता हूँ /किसान की हालत बहुत ख़राब है / खाद बीज जुताई रात दिन , सर्दी गर्मी में मेहनत करके अनाज पैदा करता है , लेकिन जब फ़सल निकलती है तब सारे खर्चे निकाल कर (चुकता ) करने के बाद उसके पास कुछ नहीं बचता उसकी मेहनत तो फ्री में गई / क्रपया करके किसानों की फ़सल का सही दाम/ मोल का प्रावधान करें / बीज खाद सस्ती करें/ जो अन्न जवान बच्चा बुढा सैनिक कर्मचारी अधिकारी सभी खाकर अपना अपना काम करते हैं वो सारी मेहनत किसान की है / किसानों के उद्धार

Dear modi sir On the food wastage is concerned ,here a small suggestion .on my view all hotels and resturant to have a seperate refrigator , were in the food left out in function ,houses etc the concern house person or the functions held by person can drop the left out food in a packet and drop it in the hotel or resturants refrigator which meant for poors without charging them, avaialbale free of cost . All hotels and resturants should adhere to the principles. Small suggestion

Respected PM, I would like to draw you attention at the Issue of Increasing Population of India, which is increases day by day of a special minority, So i request you make a hard rule to control it. And i know very well that only you can do like demonitisation in India. I hope possitivly... Thanks

V. Mataram Modi jee, Farmers may be given crop insurance, affordable housing, on easy installments, payments, which may be deducted from their loan amounts. Thus farmers will pay for essential facilities, technology upgradation, which will make their lives better, & the amounts paid by them, will be adjusted against their loan amounts, without burdening them.

Vande Mataram Modi jee, Farm loans may be converted into indirect benefits, given to farmers, instead of direct waivers. Indirect incentives like, providing affordable insurance, health, education, housing facilities to farmers, will empower them, without financially burdening them, or exchequer. Pl. raise the character limit of contributions upto 1000, at least.

Vande Mataram Modi jee, Farm loan may be converted into free facilities, like crop insurance, farmers' family insurance, free education/ health facilities for farmers' families, for a calculated period of time, instead of a direct/ one-time waiver of the loan amounts. The loan amounts may be adjusted against payment of premium amounts, in installments, paid by GOI. The farmers may pay back the said amounts in easy, installments, conveniently. MNREGA payments may also be for loan payoffs.
