Dear All, I stay in Bengaluru the silicon city of India. A great city with great talent and prosperity. Several of the IT professionals here like me love to walk to work not just for one day but every day. Firstly, around so called best technology parks, there are inadequate or no foot paths at all. Its a pity. SECONDLY, public transport is pathetic. Instead of encouraging cars, there is a need to build metro trains that can carry many people in one shot and they should have good connectivity.

1. This, of course, is the best of all. Leave your car at home if you can. Plan its use wisely so you can do in one trip what would usually take you three. Do it regularly and you might be surprised at how much less trips to the gas station you’ll need to make. 2. Ride a bike or walk. If the weather outside is glorious, and where you’re going is just a few blocks away, why waste the sunshine or breeze by taking a car?

Use of green energy, integrated colonization, low cost public transport on green energy, development of solar and unconventional mode of energies will give permanent reversal call for fossil fuel. Masses in general are already hooked up for fuel uses bcz of high cost. No one can afford fuel until it is necessary.

This type of measure have to be implemented through reward policy rather than restrictive. Our country is not at that stage of development where public vehicle could replace private ones. if restrictive measures are taken economic productivity will take a beating. We still dont have a avg time prediction for travel between two points .Public transport as well as road situation is unreliable. So one suggestion is to have tax deduction for an amount spend on public transport.#PCRA

contd... These political disasters resulted in disappearance of mass public transport on one side and growth of pvt transport on the other side. Unprecedented demand of fuel is only bcz GROWTH MECHANISM OF CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM never took up in the past. SOLUTION DOES`T LIES IN PUBLIC VOICES. SOLUTION LIES IN HANDS OF LITERATE GOVERNMENT. Growth of low cost public transport & integrated colonization in line with grown up economy is the only answer at the same time to know fuel is precious.

1) Use of mass transport for long distance. 2) Use of e-vehicle for transport should be highly encouraged. These e-vehicles could be provided free charging facility at public places like malls, parks, gardens, railway stations, bus stand, etc 3) Concessions in fees or relaxation in marks can be awarded to college going students who plies on bicycles on a monthly basis, by giving them punch cards.

Lack of vision, centralized policies, policy continuity and development, policy paralysis, mass ignorance …….etc and like factors have over a period destroyed growth mechanism of constitutional system to a level that subsequent entrance at POWER CENTER started enjoying governance of muscle power. It is this situation that today all services to mankind keep deteriorating vertically e.g input cost vertically upward and infrastructure vertically downward. continued......
