for primary health retired medical personnel, para medical personnel can be requested to contribute towards social cause. govt. backing is needed for infra structure. there are many semi retired citizens with good health who are ready to contribute for a noble cause but lacks direction from proper authority. govt. should publish an appeal to such citizens to contribute according to their available resources and involve them.

tribal people are different from people from villages. they are far away from main stream population. initially they should be brought on par with at least population in small villages.there is need of primary education and primary health clinics. semi retired senior citizens can be involved for primary education. syllabus should include hygiene, water borne hazards, deworming. they should be taught in their own language and environment.

India is rich in tribal population and to provide them livelihood opportunities to those people it is very much important to connect the tribal areas with road so that whatever they produce they can sell because there are many thing which is hidden in the jungle and they never got the chance to promote there product.secondly commercialization is also required to promote the rich culture. In this way we will be able to preserve our tribal culture for ages(include in sustainable development).

Their deities come from within the earth as well as from the sky and these also have some connection with fairies. These people trace their Aryan ancestors to the Indus Valley and their villages boast of extensive anthropological and ethnographic links. There are about 2,500 Drogpa families living in these four villages. The most important occasion to know their true history is the harvest festival, which they call Banono. During that the Drogpas wear colourful and traditional outfits.

There are five villages of Drogpas in the Kargil district of Dah, Hannu, Garkon, Darchik and Biama, around 260 kilometres from Srinagar. These people have very strange customs and a different lifestyle. They are allergic to cow. They do not eat eggs and chicken. The source of their main supply of meat and milk is goat. They eat goat cheese and store it for years. They worship deities whom they call Lha and Lhu.
