I am attaching herewith an article, which suggests a PUBLIC-private system of 'Food Bankers' which would eliminate the problem of Farmer's suicide including all other financial woes of villagers, whether in tribal or in normal villages. GOI must ponder on it to create a new and innovative self sustaining system suggested in the article and thereby freeing itself from the blame game of opposition parties against GOI.

Tribal development is not just throwing a little money after listening to their songs and dance. They must not be made a tourist attraction as was inhumanly done with the Jarwas in Andaman. To help them develop one must live with them and understand their tradition and culture. Then we can develop them in their own way, not impose our ideas on them.

I am attaching herewith two articles titled (i) ‘A Roadmap for growth of Indian Villages’, & (ii) 'Why India needs Food Banker', centered on village development for your perusal. Employment generation in rural area can be done with the help of private players only as Collector and BDO are not empowered to create jobs in government sector but to disburse payment against work done under various state or central sponsored schemes or monitor activity of bidders of GOI works.

The habitats of Tribals are self-sustainable in terms of carrying capacity, but needs improvement in terms of basic civic amneties. The youth could be trained with AYUSH tech. so that they could look after their health. The local culture could be promoted & marketed to be brought in the mainlight so as to create a demand for local products, crafts, music, etc. Dedicated vocational training centers could be brought up in proximity with boarding facility & their placement in respective indstry

Dear Sri Modi, I have shared my views ealier and repeating it again that we are an established organisation engaged in IT and Telecom projects and skilling where we are training SCST for past few years with various state Gov . We are training the school dropouts in rural areas belonging to SCST BPL category and providing them employment support in location specific telecom network and infra jobs. We need to share ideas specific to our experience and successes to scale it further .

I am attaching herewith an article titled 'A Roadmap for growth in Indian Villages' which suggests to raise 'Village Audit & Architect Firm' and to mushroom in India so that the work of village development is outsources to them under a public-private arrangement of developmental infrastructure for skill development and other such suitable plans for village development and job creation. The idea contained in the article is worth replicating it on the the ground.

MOST OF THE TRIBAL AREAS HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL THAT NATURE HAS OFFERED . I MEAN JUST IDENTIFY WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT OR WHAT THERE AREAS ARE FAMOUS FOR.THEN START BRAND CALLED INDIA AND JUST MARKET AND TRADE IT IN INTERNATIONAL ,NATIONAL MARKETS BY POPULAR MEDIA FUNDING BY THE GOVERNMENT. .WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT NIKE,PUMA,ETC HAVE GREAT QUALITY AND GOT THE BRAND VALUE,SO KEEP UP WITH THE QUALITY AND MARKET THE GOODS WITH EFFORT.SHARE PROFITS WITH THE TRIBAL AND GIVE THEM A MSP .
