There is significant no of sr citizens & single lady/man having a pet dog for various reasons. They are convinced about their need to own a dog but aware of social responsibility. Any rule or laws doesn't make difference to them since they are either not aware or pretend to be unaware.Pet lics should be renewed every year. MC should keep track of residents who hv not approached for renewal. Every resident sh be shown documentary at center & likely punishments they face may in case of default.

Chandigarh is a house for various prestigious hospitals & labs, can now consider building a lab similar to Food & drug Administration. This will hv many ramifications in the area of quality of food, health, and all-round business development. Punjab, Haryana & neighboring states are grain bowl of India. Food processing shall grow and shall gain entry into the market of other developed countries.

Issue smart health cards to under privileged families specially children. UT will be able to keep track of their health record. Such health cards should be in possession of Area health centres only. Any free health camps organised by reputed assns in association with hospitals can be given & taken back after the camp.Similarly UT must also compulsorily conduct health check ups camps and refer serious cases to PGI or other govt hospitals.
