खनन क्षेत्र में कौशल का विकास कक्षा (डिग्री / डिप्लोमा / सर्टिफिकेट कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से), उप-उन्मुख प्रशिक्षण / शिक्षुता द्वारा या नौकरी के दौरान दिए गए प्रशिक्षण में से किस माध्यम से सबसे बेहतर हो सकता है?

हमारा देश विभिन्न धात्विक और गैर धात्विक खनिज संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है। भारत में लौह अयस्क, बॉक्साइट, डोलोमाइट, चूना पत्थर और अभ्रक सहित कई गैर ईंधन खनिज पाए जाते हैं। खनन क्षेत्र (गैर-ईंधन) वर्तमान में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में लगभग 0.5% का योगदान प्रदान करता है। स्थायी तौर पर त्वरित आर्थिक विकास के लिए, इस क्षेत्र को तेज़ी से विकास करना होगा जिससे सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में इसके योगदान के प्रतिशत को बढाया जा सके।

वैज्ञानिक, सतत और पारदर्शी खनन कार्यों के लिए प्रशिक्षित लोगों की आवश्यकता है। कौशल विकास न केवल उत्पादकता और कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देगा अपितु यह लोगों को नई प्रौद्योगिकियों को अपनाने और उसका प्रयोग करने के लिए भी प्रशिक्षित करेगा। वर्तमान में इस क्षेत्र ने 0.2 लाख कर्मचारियों को रोजगार प्रदान किया है जिसका अगले 10 साल में 0.3 मिलियन होने का अनुमान है।

Wide range of skills are needed for the mining which requires different types of trainings/ skills. Accordingly the government can develop a 1 year certificate course, a 2 year diploma, 3 year advanced diploma and a 4 year Mining Engineering course. These should all have a combination of classroom teaching and in the field training. One year apprenticeship can be considered for on the job training. With growing demand for mining skills in the world India could export skilled workforce.

Market me mandi ya recession tbhi hi aata hai jab public ko chuske ya companies ke employe ko pura salary ya time to time increment nhi milte kyoki emloye ki khrid shakti tbhi hi bdhegi jab vo kuchh jyada kmayega ye factor ko sabhi bde employe creater to samjna jaruri hai. For eg. Agar me ek company me employ hu aur mera salary 2 yr se bdha nai hai.Jo company ka dusra business construction ka hai jo 2 bhk flats suppose bnati hai aur vo abhi ke time me bik nai rhe to uska mean ye hua paise block

I have in my mind regarding the functioning of the government department. there are three types of people, first type are honest and workable people, second are corrupted people ,they will work when they will get bribe, third type are lazy they will not do work.Now the work culture in government department is so developed that is meant for only second type people, that work culture should be changed.by which first type people can do efficiently their services.

If we really want to eradicate poverty and beggars from the roadside then then Govt should take all the beggars and train them, provide skills at least of the basic level and use the same for various industries such as peon, waiter etc etc ...which would surely help to remove the bad image of India ...as whenever we see beggars around on the road, it gives really a bad impression about India..and overseas people think twice to invest and even for tourism purpose people do not like to visit India

No skill can ever be developed in class rooms. The Knowledge to acquire skill is best gained in classroom but if same is also made practical along with, then hope wastage of time Money and Resources can be eliminated. In fact Congress 10 Years Education bad policies opened Students SUICIDE PANDORA Box resulting high Rate of unemployment in Skilled Youths. It is shame that A BDS or MBBS Dr is paid Rs 10000 PM and one Electrical diploma holder Paid Rs 25000 PM. Killing India Young Cong vision

Skill Development in Mining sector is dependent upon General Education in Class-room Plus at Field level work. Class room work enable the individual to understanding the technicalities, basic general knowledge of the subject and other things about the work. At ground level individual learn to apply new ideas his understanding to his work. There should be flexibility in orientation programs. Some people are good in work but not good in study & vice verse both kind of workers are needed.

The Rickshaw Business(Mumbai)- It is the only profession where you can loot the common man upfront and common man cannot do any thing. Here are some of my observations. 1. They run on CNG gas and thier meter works as per Petrol price- WHY? 2. They want to increase the meter price immediately if there is an increase in the petrol price even by 50 paise, but today the petrol price has reduced by more than Rs.10, but there is no information on the reduction of Rickshaw Meter-WHY? 3.
