For mining sector, I would like to say if students will know detail about mining sector like what is this sector, how works are done here, what type of contribution people are giving and what results they are getting... then students who r interested in mining sector will come with a great force along with keen interest.. In India most of the people dont know detail about the work what they r doing or they want to do.. main thing is than they need to be knowledgeable first and proper training.

Sir,I am a TET Qualified Teacher at UP Level in Assam.I joined the job in 2012.Now, I am at the age of 40.So,I shall work only 22 years.But,some of my colleagues will do 35 7 even 40 years.So,can you kindly think to extend the retirement age up to 65 years or to re-start the Pension Process for at least those who will work less than 25 years on humanitarian ground.Thanks.Because,in this old age the said Govt. employees have to maintain their family.It will tough for those who are lately married.
