http://ndmindia.nic.in/NPDM-101209.pdf

For these people government should ask to those people for fund who can donate money every month for there help according to their will or as much as they can.and government should register there account numbers in our banks. And deduct as much money as they want from there accounts and transfer it directly to primer minister relief fund. I am saying this because every bank account holder doesn't know about PMRF but they know about disaster happen in our country.

There should be provision of basements in the house which are situated in cyclone prone areas. Residents living in valley floors should be facilitated with the option of temporary transhumance (seasonal residence in higher altitudes, away from the dangers of floods). Advertise or make it necessary for houses in disaster prone areas to have a disaster kit always ready with them.

Climate change has become a reality. Knowledge and information can help us to be prepared to meet any disastrous situation.Protection from Natural disaster should be a continuous process and it should not be taken as programme or government mission. Public has to bear the responsibility for protecting themselves and their neighbors. The Government should develop information channels which could reach the remotest area of the country within minutes.
