http://ndmindia.nic.in/NPDM-101209.pdf

We could put Water level indicators at various places alongside rivers at various places and seismographic readings to create an early warning systems. We could create nodal centres for displaced relief with equipment to independently cater to camps helping the displaced people with temporarily transit with the natural calamity. The NDRF needs to be equipped with an air wing so that the air force does not have to run a relief operation during every calamity, thus reducing their ops preparedness

Sir we can create danger level auto alert in rivers so that this alert will sent auto sms to the officials and rings siren to alert people.such systems can be installed in highly populated areas near the rivers.people living in flood prone areas can be asked to register for mobile alerts so that they can move to safer places. The help of drones can be used in search and rescue operations in case of earthquake affected regions. drones can be used to distribute food in relief camps.

When a disaster breaks, especially natural disaster then many people became homeless. Govt. should supply these people with a trunk which will carry following items. 1. Tadpatri(Plastic sheet 8 x 6 feet) 2. LED Torch 3. First aid box with water cleaning solution. 4.2 Blanket 5. Dry food/2ltr water bottle. 6. Lock 7. Small dry battery that can charge mobile and led torch. This should be distributed immediately after disaster so people can survive till major relief work starts.
