सारा टाइम हम प्रशासन को दोष देते रहते हैं , पर कभी हम ये नहीं सोचते की एक सभ्य नागरिक होने के नाते हम कितना सभ्य नागरिक होने का फ़र्ज़ अदा करते हैं, जिस दिन ये मूल्याङ्कन हमने कर लिया, आधी से ज्यादा समस्याएं तो वंही हल हो जाएँगी,
