तुलसी, अमरूद, पीपल, पारिजात, अश्वगंधा, नीम आदि के पत्तों की चाय बहुत ही लाभदायक होती है। सूखे पत्तों को चायपत्ती मैं मिला देना चाहिये। इस चाय को पीने से रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता में बृद्धि होती है।
