Organized syndicates can be controlled by 1- Proper rehabilitation of beggars including children which includes food, shelter, skill development etc. thus removing their dependency 2- Making strict laws to punish gang leaders who can evade it provided they help in identification and rehabilitation of street kids or do community service 3- Building database of beggars with unique ID/fingerprint 4- Encouraging business owners to take street people on payroll against tax subsidy on their income

Dear Sir, I think, If we are giving alms to (especially) young beggars, we are helping to paralyze our future. In the near future, No one wants to do any work and run his lives by begging only. In India peoples are charitable that’s why it is growing. I think, we should change our thinking that we are helping to paralyze our Nation instead of helping to beggars. Also request to govt. to take some actions to educate him and learn him for other sources of earnings / create jobs for him. thnx

Organized syndicates of beggars can be well handled by forcefully arresting them and moving to shelter homes. They should under go basic medical test. They should be provided all available immunization. Then they should be put in through moral education for 30 days. Need to convince to send their children to schools. make sure their children are admitted to schools/hostels. Adults must be given skill based training and opportunities to work under the rural employment scheme. Big challenge !!

Please launch a website where details of all missing/found persons or dead bodies could be loaded it will not only reduce stress of family suffering but also reduce cost on advertising in newspapers by different police stations and families. Today I found a english news daily publishing about dead body found near hospital but looking at photograph one can understand the family will not have access to english news paper. This will also reduce stress of finding people during any large calamity.

3. Please stress on importance of wearing PPE (personnel protective equipment) for construction workers. I have not seen anyone wearing in regular house construction even while working 30 to 40 meters. Poor man's life seems not worth! This needs to change.
