The expansion of banking and reach of financial services is considered to be vital for the long-term sustainable development of any country. From the standpoint of equity, it is essential that financial services are provided at an affordable cost to those who are presently excluded from the formal financial system. Mobile telephony could be the answer to the problems related to ‘last mile’ service delivery of financial services.

In order to identify and address the various issues for the use of USSD-based Mobile Financial Services, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released Consultation Paper on ‘Review of regulatory framework for the use of USSD for mobile financial services’ on 2nd August, 2016 for comments.

The objective of this Consultation Paper (CP) is to examine the need of mobile based financial services in the country from a public perspective, discuss the issues in its proliferation and to explore solutions for the same.

The Authority has extended the time for submission of comments upto 14th September, 2016 and counter comments by 28th September, 2016.

Dear Sir, I highly appreciate your views on Gau rakshaks n have heard the same which you said at town hall programme few days back. In this regard, I have one comment to offer and that is, is political party behaviour different than the Gau rakshaks samiti? Even in all political parties you find the same behaviour as that of Gau Rakshaks Samiti? Even political parties tame goons n their behaviour in presence if their leaders n in the absence of their leaders are different. We are experiencing

Dear sir In wind project, the open land equivalent to height of wind tower will be kept vacant on safety reasons, in this regard I suggest to develop solar power in open area so that there would be two advantages , one is open will be utilized, secondly the power production would be in continuous mode wind + solar power. I also advise to provide incentive scheme to promote this scheme for implementation to existing wind project owners.

The app / system in mobile should be user friendly, simple to use, secure & a easy to settle mechanism for any dispute in transaction arises would be very helpful to any sort of user in this country.

Sir Swachha Bharat Abhiyan would not be able to get its core purpose until municipality involves in this Abhiyan. Every state should have an APP on Municipality working so that any normal citizen can get get information about their wards and lodge their complaints about sanitation and cleaning in their areas Jai Hind

सर, मुझे लगता है की 15अगस्त पर आपको स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को और भी आगे ले जाना चाहिए, आपको अब स्वच्छता टैक्स या पेनाल्टी उन लोगों पर लगानी चाहिए जो स्वच्छता को हंसकर टाल देते है,चाहे वो कोई नेता या मंत्री ही क्यों न हो, उस धन से सरकार शौचालय और कूड़ेदान लगवा सकती है, हर केंद्रीय मंत्री, नेता और सांसद को हर रविवार अपने शहर का निरीक्षण करके फेसबुक या ट्विटर पर फ़ोटो लगानी चाहिए, सर केवल कागज़ी कार्यवाही अब बहुत हो गयी, कुछ ज़मीक स्तर पर भी किया जाये । धन्यवाद #Independenceday #Mygov #Narendramodi

मा.प्रधानमंत्री जी ने दिनांक 6 अगस्त को अपने संबोधन में कहा कि,"उच्च स्तर पर बनने वाली नीतियों की सफलता समाज में अंतिम व्यक्ति के लाभान्वित होने में है"यहां पर यह बताना आवश्यक है की अंतिम व्यक्ति नीतियों से किस प्रकार लाभान्वित हो !उस अंतिम व्यक्ति की इकाई है गांव । अत:उच्च स्तर से लेकर ग्रामीण स्तर तक Policy Tracking की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिये,

Prime minister Sir, I am private sector employee & worked with one company 2.5 years and got second job near to my home town.But after resign I am not eligible to get gratuity because of the companies rules.But companies are making provisions month to month and at the time of hiring they are including in our CTC. My humble request from you kindly change the rule like PF we can claim our gratuity also. Regards, Vineet Kumar Srivastava

Its a futuristic idea to use mobile banking but most of the cizens are not aware about the use.literacy movement by banks n institutions hold the key to user success.
