Handloom products constitute an integral part of the India’s heritage and culture. Showcasing various vibrant aspects of the cultural heritage of India, the handloom sector provides employment, directly and indirectly to over 43 lakh handloom weavers, belonging to socially and economically weaker sections of the society particularly in the rural areas.

Varanasi has a rich cultural heritage and Banaras silk sarees and crafts are an integral part of the Indian landscape. Varanasi handloom makes India proud of its heritage. The handloom and handicraft products of Varanasi have got wide recognition all over the country and abroad for their highly artistic design, colour combination, superior craftsmanship and long durability.

Keeping in view the vision of making the handloom and handicraft industry of Varanasi and neighbouring areas, market oriented and for generating productive employment, the Government of India is setting up of a Trade Facilitation Centre and a Crafts Museum to develop and promote the handlooms, handicrafts and silk products of Varanasi and to provide necessary help to weavers, artisans and entrepreneurs of Varanasi for boosting their marketing activities in domestic as well as international markets and carry forward the rich tradition of handlooms at Varanasi.Hon’ble Prime Minister of India laid foundation stone of Trade Facilitation Centre and a Crafts Museum on 7th November 2014 at BadaLalpur, Varanasi.

Your valuable views and opinion is sought on the concept and facilities/services to be provided in the Trade Facilitation Centre and the Crafts Museum at Varanasi.

At this center not only the crafts of Varanasi will be displayed. Discussion should be held by successful businessmen and entrepreneurs on how to market the products in India and sell them abroad. If these products can be sold online through Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal, poor craftmen can get a fair deal for their coveted products which India can be proud of. I think Probasi Bharatiya are interested and they can be involved in promoting Indian products.

Our textile produces are very rich but they have to be converted into garments of international standards. I am sorry to say Indian designers believe in ornamental designing in contrast to international designers who emphasize on the fall and technique of clothing construction. We need to internationalize our garment designs to popularize our our rich textile.

Global scenario reflects continuous changes in the trends and thereby causing an impact in the stability of mega trends too. The aspiring & growing company from the Global perspective believes in the concept of Customized offering to bench mark in the niche export market with the highest qualitative standards & a true balance between polycentric & ethno centric factors. A further step in globalization, with further co-operation of other direct external service providers.

Therefore, I suggest that eligible candidates from either general or SC/ST candidates should be recruited instead of quota system and better educational facilities may be given to SC/ST candidates for better future. In this regard I am to say that there are many eligible candidates from our country leave the country for better service in foreign countries or take bold steps for not getting suitable jobs in young age.

Dear Sir, This is regarding implementation of quota system (SC/ST) in the recruitment system. I suggest to implement better educational system for SC/ST students. But in the recruitment system, the eligible candidates should be recruited instead of quota system(SC/ST). Now many departments are facing lot of problems by recruited SC/ST candidates in the important posts. They are very week in disposing the files on day to day movement.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.
