Reserved tickets can be booked at Computerised Passenger Reservation System centres operated by Indian Railways and also online through website www.irctc.co.in. Unreserved tickets can be purchased from Computerised Unreserved Ticketing System counters and also Automatic Ticket Vending Machines which have been installed at major stations.

Suggest solutions for efficient ticketing system.

Jaise ki mail train me ek cabin me 8 sites hoti ha 6 one side n 2 on other side n jis kisi ne bhi vo cabin ko gandha kiya ho TTE will collect fine from all that 8 each person rs 500 as a penalty....

Sir ji Jaise aap mumbai ki local trains me speaker layage ha waise hi speaker mail trains me kyu nhi lageta ho or usme recording voice chaleye jaye taki ushe trains saaf rahe...

or make arengment of rupees in note form acepting machine and give tickit ...now this system is in all over world but our railway is doing too too much late why thats no officer is response by minister and no punishment to high official who has to take policy dicition and suporting railway for the people

make round figure of tickit chrg like 5 rs 10 rs 15 rs 20 rs and put matchine 10 to 15 machine as per station which work like i want to go and its ticket is 5 rs i will put coin of rs 5 in machine and ticket will come out from machine..no need of man power and no need of que.. only arrenge ment need is to give people coins

no extracharg should b there for e tickiting ..because so many people will not come to station and saving fuel like petrol and diesal ..so indirectly saving fuel of our country rAILWAY should not take extra charge but i sugest that should give 10 rs discount on ticket for etickiting this micro economy and saving of fuel railway has not think this is the bad managment and authorised officer of board is negative though full..why r u have post or

महाेदय हर एक्सपेस रेल गाड़ी काे 30 डिब्बाे की करा जाये व अाने वाले समय में प्लेट फामॆ काे 40 डिब्बाे की सवारी रेल अाये इस कायॆ याेजना पर ध्यान दिया जाये व इस पकार के इंजनाे का निमाण हाे जाे 40 डिब्बाे की गाड़ी काे अासानी से ले जाये रेल गाड़ी में सीट की संख्या बढेगी ताे अारक्षण टिकट की मारामारी पर बहुत हद तक अंकुश संम्भव है। जनरल डिब्बाे की संख्या भी बढ़ाइ जाये।

महाेदय रेल यात्रा अारक्षण का समय 30 दिन या 60 दिन किया जाये टिकट विनडाे पर 40 पितशत यात्री इस लिए जाते है कि 120 दिन यात्रा रिजव कराने पर यात्रा तारीख में बदलाव हाेना । अगर रेलवे ने 120 दिन यात्रा बुक करने पर रिजव टिकट का पैसा ज्यादा समय तक रेलवे पर रहेगा। परन्तु रेलवे यात्राी काे अनावश्यक परेशानीे हाेती है रेलवे अामदनी बढ़ाने के लिए अाप ततकाल काेटा 8 दिन पहले व सुपर ततकाल काेटा 2 दिन पहले लागू कर सकते है। वतमान में हर व्यिकत अपनी समसया से परेशान है

Dear suresh Prabhu, Auction based dynamic pricing need to be included for all trains. This prevents agents to book ticket and those who actually travels can book even at higher prices. Ultimately increasing revenue

about premium Exp. LTT to BSB Train No. 02069 Today at 10.00 am 129 seat available in 3AC and fare is Rs.1885/- 0n net but when ticket booking done charging fare Rs.5660/- + other Charges Total cast Rs.6034.34 and cancellation is 100 % no refund this is not fare it is heart poor man
