The importance of nature and animals has been a part of Indian culture & traditions for centuries. The 'Action Plan for Introduction of Cheetah in India’ - a landmark initiative to bring back Cheetahs into our ecosystem, echoes this ethos of respect for animals.

PM Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat urged citizens to participate in discussions regarding the importance of treating animals well. Please share your thoughts and ideas on the same.

The most wisest creature on earth is human being.It is his /her prime duty to think clever and to protect his /her own ecosystem. we ,men and animals are sharing the same earth hence we have to save and conserve the all creatures.What goes around and that comes around.Hence we should conserve our ecosystem.

Not only for human civilization this topic is about every living thing.. animal's are part of nature they have rights to live life and a freedom life. Animal welfare refers to the state of the animal; the treatment that an animal receives is covered by other terms such as animal care, animal husbandry, and humane treatment. Animals feel the same way humans do, the only difference is humans have the privilege to express their emotions and feelings in the form of words whereas animals are unable to do so and suffer unspeakable cruelties. Humans are primary consumers of the food chain but animals are equally essential and we humans need to protect them and give them a voice, and protect them from extinction.
