Drug menace: a deeper and long term game plan of our sworn enemies to degenerate our country so as to destroy it from within easily. Sooner the better we have draconian laws(shoot at sight) to deal with drug smugglers across the borders, stricter laws (with non-bailable sections) and severest punishments to deal with drug-addicts, drug-peddlers within the country; fast-track courts; de-addiction centres; analysing the case studies of drug addicts and taking preventive measures; wide publicity.

Sir, today whole world is suffering from adverse effect of drugs, especially youth .. In India use of drugs is increasing day by day, to stop them many steps should be taken......
1- Strict rule should be imposed if anyone find guilty in drugs related matter..
2- Gov't should band all the factory producing alcohol, cigarette, tobacco,etc..
3- Awareness among the people is most important,,, as many use drugs as they think that it will not. affect their health..
4- Gov't should close all the pub

I think very harsh punishment will help to get rid of this program. Even government shouldn't hesitate to impose death penalty as done in most of the counties. Along with the punishments even quality of education should be improved where kids gets their morals as well even council kids with the awareness programs through media, posters, movies.
Please ban them. Many villages are getting worsed coz of this habits.

In normal circumstances, procurement of medicines need to be well supported by prescription...Whereas in cases of hospitalisation followed by O.P.D.treatment,the medicines need to be purchased from the pharmacies attached to the concerned hospitals. In place of prescriptions, the case sheet will take care of the medicines required to be consumed on actual basis.Health Ministry can examine the suggestions in detail...

Today, in India, most cases in the courts take enormous time to conclude, in drug related cases, a time interval of 60 days on non stop trial should be ensured by amendments to the existing act, so that the drug peddlars, users know that they will be convicted in a 60 day period. Similarly, a time limit for the appeal in the High Court and Supreme Court should be fixed. And thereafter the sentence has to be swifted executed. Preferably what Singapore has:Death Penalty.
