We have been demanding for E-governance since long but are yet to be implemented. Nobody wants dilly dally in any office work concern to public. If there is e governance, every thing will go transparency.

While talking about e-governance, we must also give due concern to basic necessity like drainage system, footpath, link roads etc.

To ward of mosquitoes and dengue carrier, drainage should also be given due importance. Though there is drainage but need maintenance with sufficient manpower with PSC to lookafter.

Reportedly E-governance has been incorporated with Smart City proposal only after consultation with the Citizen of Pasighat. As this part is welcomed by everybody, it should be made successful for all round development.

To make e-governance a successful project in Pasighat, public should be given to access free WIFI as everyone can not afford net pack in their mobile.

School or college education will not be enough for the one to get into any profession or job for which practical training should be as part of education given to people.

The International City/County Management Association and Public Technology Inc. have done surveys over the effectiveness of this method. The results are indicating that most governments are still in either the primary stages (1 or stage 2), which revolves around public service requests. Though application of integration is now accelerating, there has been little to no instigating research to see its progression as e-governance to government.

The adoption of e-government in municipalities evokes greater innovation in e- governance by being specialized and localized. The level success and feedback depends greatly on the city size and government type. A council-manager government municipality typically works the best with this method, as opposed to mayor-council government positions, which tend to be more political. Therefore, they have greater barriers towards its application.

These, along with 5 degrees of technical integration and interaction of users include:
• simple information dissemination (one-way communication);
• two- way communication (request and response);
• service and financial transactions;
• integration (horizontal and vertical integration);
• political participation
