Pan city concept appears to be very encouraging for younger generation who remain busy all the time in their professional engagements.

Projects identified under smart city proposal are good, which need to be grouped based on the themes of development.
Well-conceived plan, need to be re oriented based on the sectors of development.
Emphasis should be given for tourism development

My city should have the smartest classrooms for our children. My city should be the smartest in providing internal security. My city should have inbuilt escalator ramps for trouble free commutation of the differently able. My city should be smart enough to grow with value addition to the pristine beauty of mighty Siang. My city should be a centre of trading for farmers who cultivate organic products. My city should provide shelter and solace to the aged. My city should be green.

Our Pasighat being a least populated city across the country will give us an extra edge over execution of city planning which has vast areas for its expansion too from all four directions. But our people will have to coordinate in all front to make the execution of planning’s successful by means of not putting hurdles in ceding lands etc. as for every development to take place, one will have to compromise with lands for widening of road/construction of drainage and other modern day facilities

Both the left and right banks of Siang river may be used for tourism purpose. In this regard, the department of tourism of city should take initiatives. Sanction be accorded against each monument of the freedom fighters of the Adis for maintenance. As these monuments of Adis located/erected at different areas under Adi areas usually and frequently visited by the foreign visitors.

E-Government provides a greater amount of information that business needed, also it makes those information more clear.A key factor in business success is the ability to plan for the future. Planning and forecasting through data-driven future. The government collected a lot of economic, demographic and other trends in the data. This makes the data more accessible to companies which may increase the chance of economic prosperity.

And the city is limited in size as well as population. Need for those facilities may only come up at the later stages when greater development takes place and people converge for economic activities from different places.
