Suggestions Invited for Monthly themes to be taken as part of the celebration of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi

As a run up to the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, citizens will be encouraged to take up creative activities each month. Every month a theme would be taken up until ...

As a run up to the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, citizens will be encouraged to take up creative activities each month. Every month a theme would be taken up until October 2, 2020 from October 2, 2018 onwards. Mahatma Gandhi in his seminal book, Constructive Programme Its Meaning and Place had talked about 18 constructive programmes. He had stressed that more programmes could be added as time passed. The 18 constructive programmes included: Communal Unity; Removal of Untouchability; Prohibition; Khadi; Village Industries; Village Sanitation ; Nai Talim or Basic Education; Adult Education; Women; Knowledge of Health and Hygiene; Provincial languages; National Language; Economic Equality; Kisans; Labour; Adivasis; Lepers ; Students.

By involving the above 18 themes in 18 months, six more months would be remaining.

Ideas are invited from the citizens on six more themes to be taken in six months. The ideas should be relevant for our contemporary society.

Those who submit the best themes could be given certificates

Last date of submission is 15th June, 2018, 05:00PM

Dear Sir, I am a big fan of BJP and I wanted BJP to win in 2019 elections. But i see it very difficult bcoz of prevailing discontentment among middle class people. BJPs is going with development and apart from that MOTO it is better to shower some sops on middle class category inorder to appease them. It is the high time to react before the situation goes out of hands. I sincerely also request to restrain the BJP members from making provoking and controversial statements before elections.

sir...we are celebrating gandhiji's 150thbirdy. sir like swatch barath mission by this year on words why we cant start ," green bharath"mission along with swatch bharath.... honerable pm sir... for developing india greeness also has same importance as swatch barath. sir pleas help us to increas plants numbers in cities..... ,"swatchta ke saath greeness" #green bharath.. along with clean bharath. jai hind

रेलवे से रिटायर कर्मचारियों को दुबारा पांच साल के लिए रखा जा रहा है जोकि बेरोजगारों के साथ घोर अन्याय है। इनको पूरा वेतन (पैंशन 30000 + वेतन 30000) मिल रहा है । कृपया इस योजना को तुरंत बंद करें क्योंकि इन रिटायरियों को ना तो रोजगार की जरूरत है और ना ही पैसे की । बेरोजगार नौजवानों को रखने से बेरोजगारी कम होगी, उनकी जल्दी शादी होगी, समाज में बलात्कार कम होंगे । नया खून ज्यादा जिम्मेदारी से ज्यादा काम करेगा । डिजिटल इंडिया में ज्यादा सहायक होंगे और देश की उन्नति को तेज रफ्तार मिलेगी । धन्यवाद ।

"Preserve & Plant Trees" in your area on a monthly basis. I had been to different cities in Australia and one sight which is common across are their trees in Botanical Gardens and Parkland that age more than 200 years. Every city should have small well manicured parkland where everyone can plant their trees of choice in free designated space.Planting and preserving trees should be a curriculum in schools. my gov made many plan for education of childer and girl but not made those people who live in slum area and do beggering in street.there are 5 types of people first who gives money for these chilern,second is not give money and scold these childern, third is give food instead of money,fourth is not give money not food he only advisethem(why you do beggering,why are you not go school)and last people he not give money not food not give advice he do work on this problem.

sir today i disscus about a serious topic.this topic very hurt my heart.when i go my office in early morning i see small childern come in my bus and said give me money daily and there condition is very bad there clothes are crack many side and no sleeper in there foot.this condition not only my city but whole india.In india approx 3 crore people live in slum area and they do beggering in street mostly chlidern.that is not not right for india.

Skill level of a country must never be down . How it can be good to select a candidate who is securing 22 marks our of 100 and leaving a person who is securing 60 marks and declaring him as fail by making a cut off on the basis of caste. Sir our country will not have good skill in long term and what reply we will give to coming generation.

Sir , I do not know and very surprised also that why for vote , leaders are not not taking right decision for reservation policy ,If they are afraid that mazority of persons will be angry and not vote , then they are completly wrong because as soon as some people will be angry , more then this number will be happy too with this right decision. So Sir , take a decision which will be for welfare of our country.
