I HUMBLY SUGGEST THAT DIPP CAREFULLY STUDY THE LIST OF ITEMS BEING IMPORTED. IN REAL LIFE ONE SEES THAT FROM COMMON HOUSEHOLD ITEMS , RAW MATERIALS,TO HIGH QUALITY PRINTING AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINES, ARMAMENT EVERYTHING IS BEING IMPORTED. IN 60s & 70s MACHINES MADE AT HMT WERE WORLD CLASS . WHY ICONIC HMT HAS DEGENRATED? IN SPITE OF RATE CUTS BY RBI CAPEX HAS NOT PICKED UP. MAY BE GOI CAN MAKE A BEGINNING BY MAKING CAPEX IN OUR ORDANANCE FACTORIES TO PRODUCE ARMS

1. Financial education towards economic stability for the entire nation and helping them realise the value of investing the money in various income generating sources for their well being as well as improving our GDP. It will boost the earning and spending capacity of middle class and help them overcome their financial struggles and uplifting them as it will be useful for the entire country.
2. Infrastructure support for R&D startups and help them do their research with funds

My extended suggestions are :
Technology and innovation: We need to help people establishing skill centres and R&Ds throughout the india and funding should be provided by the government. Anyone who is interested in manufacturing, he shall be allowed to do the business with the help of government set up incubators or via mentorship.
2. Easy of doing business: Capital grant, loans, infrastructure funding should be available and also provided with a consultant for help.

Respected Minister,India has to change education system also.Need more incubation centers & industrial parks where people will get proper advice.India has to do more in ease of starting business. At least with in one week a person must be able to start a company.A nation wide single window system should be formed for everything required to start a company.Platforms can be built not only for licensing, but for other requirements like getting rental spaces etc..

Although the government is taking enough measures to make the registration process of new business houses easier but there are various factors which act as bottle neck for ease of doing business. The following points are some of the bottle necks that are required to be taken into consideration for promoting a pro business environment.
1. The most important factor that ruins small business or new business is the services they provide in credit to big business houses.

1. Help people to get funding, capitals and loans as easy as possible.
2. Government needs to support everyone to start an manufacturing company and let them reach that goal by providing information on everything related to starting up, mentoring and R&D facility as easy as possible.
3. Making loans for establishing industries should be made easy by removing hurdles in documentation.
4. Open participation of startups in government tenders for better chances.
