Promote manufacturing, provide incentives to potential ideas/business plans. Make it easy for the entrepreneurs to setup plants. Reduce the hassles in getting the approvals for basic amenities for setting up industrial plants like electricity, certifications etc. Only if process of setting up business becomes would encourage people in coming up and establishing themselves.

In respect to New Industrial Policy, I want to suggest that, Industries promotion policy should be introduced, in which, there should be made analysis the area and requirement of goods and material necessities and consumption, New enterprenius should be encourage to start the manufacturing of specified goods or material, further, they should be given minimum target of production and employment, so that, people can get direct benefit of such industrial unit, best wishes

encourage persons who are working in private or public sector for 20 years to set up auxiliary units by providing possible financial or subsidies, so that helps both ways promotion opportunities in departments as well employment opportunities in respective units.

Sir,
I am from Gandhinagar, capital of Gujarat. My flat is within 1 km of Shree Kamalam, the BJP headquarter of Gujarat. The reason for informing this is, just beside my apartment there is hostel of Institute of Hotel Management. Boys hostel is famous for nuisances.. Alcohol,? Drugs, abusive language, damaging flat owners vehicles and recently harassment of women members of the society industry of hotel with foreign guests will get rape etc. Or else? can we expect hotel, tourism to be safe?

Primarily the import policy must be reviewed, and withdraw the Value addition clause from the import policy. Custom duty must be hiked for all those products, which can be manufactured in India. The policy on import of used machinery for R&D purpose must reviewed and define the word" Hazardous Waste" as per the UN Resolution.

3-All the CORRUPTION starts from #taking electricity connection, #fire department NOC when there is no liability of Hydrants on GOVT but impossible plan & investment requirement on industry, #labour department as no one can fulfill all requirements, #funds like PF,ESI....ALL ADDS UP TO A COST which makes the product cannot compete in international market
# Laws must be workable & practicle & justifiable

1-Work culture must be improved as it starts from Govt departments..very poor today..nobody wants to give 100% as they see going on in all govt dept. People know that earning can be made without working or just doing formality.
2-Labour laws only in favour of labour & corruption..PF,ESI are loaded on indstry owners..must be borne by govt. Why its the liabilty of industrialist to arrnge funds for labour pensions, medical as PF & ESI when he himself is not eligible for pensions when he retires
