DATA CENTER of any Central Govt or its associate organisation must have DC / DR setup at different geographic are like one is north and one is in south like
2. Technical officials who are managing the data center should not be associate with management or technical official of the organisation (to avoid data privacy leaking )

Please stop giving freebies.
Atleast take the manufacturing cost for any thing like , bijli , pani , transport from the poor and unemployed.
But dont give any thing free.
Freebies are dangerous and will make the young and coming generation lethargic and parasite

Need to establish the dual power network for uninterrupted supply of electricity to data centres and make it work round the clock.
enable data centres entities to import dual use network equipment for internal use and network infrastructure.
Currently there is no large scale foreign investment in data centres in the country. India could essentially become data centre hub for global enterprises if the govt has a clear cut policy around it.

all the valid photo ids n address ids should be linked to one id, may it be aadahar or anything else, so tht we need not to carry multiple ids altogether.

Data centres be so located that by virtue of their presence, good internet connectivity is available to nearby areas/ districts, enabling productivity and employment. Areas which have till now not seen enough IT investment should be promoted and incentivised and it should not happen that data centres are established in already developed places like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune etc...
Newer locations such as those in Central India, or in the east coast be considered.

The Data should not be handled Directly by a foreign company or Indian company with foreign investment. A Forgein company should should share the technology with a Indian company to start a data center( As data is a matter of National security it's possible). And besides that it will support Our Atma Nirbhar Bharat initiative Also.
