Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.

डाटा आज के समय दुनिया की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चीज है। भारत सरकार को अपने नागरिकों के डाटा को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए स्वदेशी ऐप्स को तैयार करना चाहिए और विदेशी ऐप्स का डाटा नियंत्रित करना चाहिए। जय हिन्द। जय भारत।

Dear PM My suggestion is for FINANCE MINISTER regarding change in the definition of ACCOUNTANTS u/s 288 of Income Tax Act. 1961 and include Cost & Management Accountants (CMA) in that. How govt can give monopoly to one institute.

My Views are related to Salaried Employees. Tax structure for the salary class to be changed. Salary class has to pay more taxes as compared to business class. Salary upto 10 Lakh should be exempt from tax.

SIR, ONE MORE POINT FROM MY SIDE, AS IT IS RELEATED TO IT AND NON IT MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IT IS BASED IN ELECTRICITY SUPPOSE ANY CONTINGENCY OCCURE LIKE FIRE WHICH IS HAPPEN IN MOST OF THE BUSINESSES CAN WE GET FIRE PREVENTION SYSTEM OR IN NEAR BY AREA FIRE EXTINGUSHER CENTER CAN BE PROVIDED WHICH IS VERY COMMON IN EVERY MIDC THESE TYPE OF FACILITY IS AVAILABLE AND SUPPOSE ANY DISPUTE IS HAPPEN WHO WILL RESOLVE THE DISPUTE. WE HAVE TO PAY THE RENT ON HIRE OR FOR GET IN LEASE AND PAYMENTS.

आज की परिवेश मे इन्टरनेट, डाटा अत्याधिक महत्तवपूर्ण स्थान रखता है इसका विस्तार प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायतों तक होना चाहिए हर एक ब्यक्ति का पूर्ण रिकार्ड फाइल उप होने चाहिए छोटे बड़े सारे कार्यालयीन कार्य पंचायत स्तर पर ही पूर्ण कर next lable को submit ion तक का सारे कार्य हो डाटा सेंटर को और अधिकार प्रोवाइड होने चाहिए इसका विस्तार होने चाहिए लोगों से संबंधित सारे कार्यालयीन कार्य एक ही जगह उपलब्ध होने जैसी प्रक्रियाओं पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है ग्रामीण परिवेश के तीव्र विकाश मे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगा

डाटा भविष्य का ईंधन है, जिसप्रकार से बिना ईंधन के अर्थव्यवस्था नहीं चल सकती है ठीक उसी तरह से बिना डाटा रूपी ईंधन के दुनिया, देश, राज्य, समाज और यहाँ तक की व्यक्तिगत रूप से घर-परिवार तक चलाना मुश्किल होगा|अतः मेरे विचार से हर गाँव या पंचायत स्तर पर एक डेटा सेंटर खोला जाना चाहिए जहाँ उक्त गाँव या पंचायत के सभी आंकड़ों को हमेशा अपडेट और अपलोड किया जाए और फिर उक्त सेंटर का सीधा जुड़ाव राज्य और केन्द्रीय सर्वर से होना चाहिए ताकि सभी जागरूक नागरिक अपनी जरुरत के हिसाब से आंकड़ों को प्राप्त कर सकें|

जिन टेलीफोन कंपनियों ने whole life वेलिडिटी के कनेक्शन दिए थे बे अब अनावश्यक रूप से रिचार्ज का दवाव बना के कनेक्शन काट रही है उन को ऐसा करने से रोकना चाहिए , आधार नंबर की तरह ही जो भी कनेक्शन जिस नाम पर हो गया बह व्यक्ति ही उसका हकदार रहे ऐसी व्यवस्था इस नीति में सरकार को करनी चाहिए। धन्यवाद
