Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.

ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಮಾಣಿಕ್ಯ ರತ್ನದಂತ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಹೋರಾಟ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ , ಇನ್ನೂ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲವು ಯೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ೧) ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಮಟ್ಟದ ನಗರಸಭೆ ಪುರಸಭೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಮುಗಿಸುವುದು. ೨) 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುವ ಬಾರದು. ೩) ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ಸರಕಾರದ ಯಂತ್ರವೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿವೆ.

To increase tax payers base, please provide Mediclaim insurance and term insurance next year based on last years tax payments. Also post retirement, tax payers medical insurance arrangements to be made at concessional rate.

Respected Pradhan mantriji, 1. It is my personal opinion that the data architecture should be compartmentalised , say statewide. This will ensure inbuilt redundancy . 2. Concurrently this will ensure the architecture is given to minimum to minimum positive control at all times. 3. The operating principle should be that whatever data we generate should be 100% secure .

Respected Modiji, Internal security measures be tightened. Military intelligence should know the number of mobile phones used by citizens in india.Military intelligence Cyber Cell should own the biggest Data centre to check screen all EMI number phones.Every phone IME number should be checked vigilantly to know how many SIM cards used & Citizen using long range unregistered wireless phones should be traced out & phone talk message interaction checked to know whether citizen is an enemy to India

To harness the power of information technology, information technology applications need to be brought to the people,for the betterment of the people.At the same time,it must be easy to query the data whether the data is on indians as well as PIOs,others in India.India needs to develop datacenters or host it on Amazon Web services or build hybrid datacenters and applications.country also needs to bring its own operating system,email system as well as browser

Respected Modiji, Good Discipline and Good Skill shall be developed in Students by the age of 22. The school authorities are spending lot of their energy to develop discipline and skill. But sadly the untrained members of society express freedom of expression, thought, in strange uncivilized manner and they are used in riots. As a Data Scientist, I like to put light on the following points 1. Data privacy should be at topmost (Gov should not interfere in collected data unless it is a National Security issue) 2. There always consent to use the user data 3.Data center companies should educate the users to understand the data privacy importance

डेटा नियंत्रण नीति में अनावश्यक रूप से बिभिन्न मार्केटिंग कंपनियों को फोन करने पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण होना चाहिए यह सुविधा बिना DN D के सभी को उपलब्ध कराई जाए ।

In covid situations many private teachers are rolled out from their jobs ... Nd they are in a very difficult position... Nd moreover they are not paid as per grades of cbse neither their jobs are secure.. So pls think over this issue
