Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.
Refer to the Policy document here : Draft Data Center Policy 2020

review the Constitution of India. bring Gandhian Construction in the lines of one presented by SN Agarwal to the Constituent Assembly. it is community based, unlike present one which individual based. JP, Dharmapal and others advocated. Several members in the Constituent Assembly advocated for Panchayat (not the present Panchayat) as the basis. Decentralisation is the hall mark of such.

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, I am really inspired with your 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' Campaign and I have a small suggestion regarding that.As during this pandemic many people have lost their jobs, also, the tensions at the ladakh border is increasing so, govt. can open Govt shopping Malls to provide cheap INDIAN MADE Goods only, which are made by workers all around India. This will promote the value of self reliance, unity in diversity as well as provide jobs to thousands of Indians,Thanks Jai Hind

9. Make an APP and give rights to individual to challan all that vehicle silently by clicking their picture or video and uploading on this app for government to challan that vehicle and gets 20% income on that challan as their earning. 10. Try to reduce fees in all private schools and colleges in the country. Try to bring prestigious international universities in India so that students stops going out of country and in turn saves money which is going out of country.

7. In all major cities like Delhi, Kolkotta, Bangalore etc, Government must put Parking tax for all vehicle in both residential and commercial areas. Government must install Parking Machine of their own to collect tax with cards and employee people for checking each vehicle. (Reduce the price of Vehicle and charge in this way). 8. Make Trade License of all companies and which must be renewed every year with certain amount.
