In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

I suggest all the bio toilets need to be get cleaned at every station where ever the stops even for 1min, due to bio toilets no matter which ever the coach is the stinking smell kills.

Hi, Boosting the digital india flagship programme of the central government & backing cashless transactions, refund of the cancelled reservation tickets made at railway counters can be credited into the passenger's or applicant's account directly instead of cash. This can be done either by online transfer using the applicant's mobile number or through railway account cheques to be issued in favour of concerned passenger by filling the required refund amount. Thanks!

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं रोहतक, हरियाणा का निवासी हूँ । दिल्ली के समीप होने के कारण यहां से रोजाना हज़ारों की संख्या में लोग अपनी आजीविका के लिए ट्रेन का सहारा लेते थे परंतु कोरोना के चलते सामान्य गाड़ियों का संचालन बंद है जबकि रेल कर्मचारियों के लिए रोज़ 2 सामान्य गाड़ियां रोहतक से दिल्ली आती जाती हैं। सामान्य रूप से ट्रेनें चलाने तक अगर कम से कम अन्य सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए 1-2 सामान्य गाड़ियां चला दी जाएं तो निश्चित तौर पर उन लोगों के लिए नौकरी करना आसान हो जाएगा । धन्यवाद ।

7.All railway coaches must be under vigilance using cameras with control room in that train itself & this should be monitored by on duty security to officials.This would ensure better passenger safety. 8.System should be such that reserved & vacant seats of every coach get reflected in the system (just like cinema halls).This should be used to ensure that night time travellers/passengers get clubbed together instead of scattering.This may prevent unsocial elements from being a nuisance.

4.Tourist rails like toy train in shimla & other such trains need a revamp in terms of seating & hygiene while maintaining their basic structure intact. 5.Introduction of check-in & check-out facilty at the railway stations to enhance the security feature. 6. Gates of the railway coaches in all the trains must be auto shut & open with driver control (keep emergency feature of opening them based on train speed as in vande bhara) to prevent mishaps & robbery.

Honourable PM sir, Here are my few suggestions. 1. Shift the entire rail network into electric mode by setting annual targets in terms of phase wise shift. 2. Passenger safety requires major focus & so is the need of the rail hostesses in pvt trains like Tejas.Dress code must be made more comfortable for them while taking into account the hygiene aspect as well. 3. Separate coach for female passengers should be considered while making arrangements if female guards within the same. Thanks

Namaskar! 1)I think that it's high time to shift to electric train . 2) Security, passenger language should safe. 3) Person without ticket should not be allowed to go in a train. 4)E tickets /App should come more in today life. 5)Special and different departments for individual female traveller.

महोदय, मालभाडे की दक्षिण से उत्तर दिशा में ढुलाई शीघ्र, समय की बचत हो, इसलिए अकोला खंडवा सनावत महु खंड पर रेलवे की बड़ी लाइन शीघ्र प्रारंभ कि जाय इससे कन्या कुमारी से जम्मू तक की दुरी ४५० किमी घटेगी कृपया गभिरतासे सोचै। धन्यवाद
