Use technology for this. Photo proof , address proof can be taken by using a tab. Just like icici bank does. Bank executives are very slow. Hiring young individuals can speed up work. Let bank goes to customers home because many times people don't have time to come to bank compromising their daily work. A 'chalti firti ' bank can be useful. On the spot passbook distribution is also an effective way of fast work.

I am working in one of the difficult hilly terrain in Arunachal Pradesh where we do not even have banking infrastracture within the reach of 50-100 kms or above. Untill or unless provisions of more banks is considered a priority, it may not be possible to provide maximum benefits... This is further difficult where there is no monetary transaction for months, leave aside days. Even in urban centers the tolerance power of bankers is reducing day by day, which needs to be seriously looked into.

1. My mother want to open an account with SBT (so that she could withdraw her pension from nearby ATM) but could not as bank want 2 ID proof while she has only Election ID card. government must instruct banks to open the account with one ID and for senior citizens with no ID proof. 2. there should be a micro level marketing for the scheme. All the banks together must form a committee at block level and market the scheme at each doorstep. 3. Advertisments should also be in local languages.

There must be a step that the banks reach to people to their villages and streets. If possible bank can organize camps or put canopies in villages & facilitate in opening accounts & also reach to doors to the people to get their account opened. Also i have noticed that people often come to banks are not that literate that they can fill forms and open accounts, there should be some staff who can help them in learning and making their tasks done in banks.

My suggestion is to insure first no family/individual left without bank account & all govt subsidies, schemes must be paid through bank (preferably online transfer). This is the only way, needy people can avail the full benefits of Govt. Schemes.

Hello sir I have twitted many times to you. Regarding the shift of Banks. I think Banks timing should also be change or extend. It can be bifurcate into two shift. Why is it? If a working person needs to visit bank he or she would have problem to reach the office on time. Or would take leave for the day. *Stretch of shift would increase the number of vacancies * increase the daily transactions * It would be easy to attend office whether a person go to office in any shift. thnks Ram

Sir it is very useful when the bankers of all private and public sector will participate in this program and the main success tip is when the bankers will go to their catchment area once in a week under this program and this will success because what ever the documents they can collect from the houses as per the KYC of their banks and they should be recruit a person exclusively for this job for a period of completion this is my suggestion if any need please call me at 9885625668

create awareness extensively about its benefits and how the account will linked to various govt schemes and its advantages in future to general masses. It should be encouraged to open such account by all urbanites. This account should have unique No so any body can understand that it is a account under Jan Dhan Yojana,
