For getting maximum response with respect to "JAN DHAN YOJANA", govt should run village to village to "AT YOUR VILLAGE" YOJANA like LOK-ADALAT. Govt. officers and bank officers jointly can frame to run such activity.

Mukhiya and Gram Pnchayat level initiates are needed to make this wonderful project successful, The task should be awarded to primary school, secondary school teachers with some incentive so that they can contact the local banking system and take adequate initiatives to ensure full compliance. Volunteers as a observer should be officially assigned from state level officials in order to ensure enforcement and accountability at each level.

Invite the educated middle class to start paying salaries to the maid servants, security guards, gardeners, drivers etc through their bank accounts. Better still, pay about 10% of the salary through their bank accounts and rest as cash. Pay it through online banking and send a message to their mobile (oh yes - they do have at least one) about the credit. This will go a long way in helping them save and be part of the growth.

Dear Mr PM I suggest to provide cooperative society type of work to poor people instead of giving them some free or 1Rs food items like rice wheat etc.these type of free policies making our people lazy and which is not good for country in long term. All types of help making them independent are welcome but not at cost of country future.
