Many people are still unaware of scheme. Hence, Regular Video Conference may be held( between State and Centre) to monitor the progress of opening Bank A/C and also linking Jan Dhan Yojna Scheme. Also, appropriate/ sufficient awareness campaign may be organised towards awareness. Start the scheme as soon as possible so that there is eagerness of the people to get the benefits.

My suggestion is to ask bank to give account opening forms in govt. primary and secondary schools. most of the students in this schools are from poor family so by reaching these students government can cover many people from poor background. ask school teachers to give some idea to these students about how to fill up the bank form. these students can take the form home get if filled by their parent or fill it own their own and take signature of parent and submit it in school.

I think every household materials can be encouraged to be insured. By this way we will know their annual income and at at the same time their property will be insured and safe. insurance can be made on jewels, T.V., etc.,

Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) - What it mean Maximum of 4 withdrawals a month including ATM withdrawal ? A account holder can withdraw only 4 times per month. This is not good you guys already limited withdrawing amount from bank, then you guys now planning to restrict withdraw amount from bank too.

Encourage people to open a/c in Post office, this medium reaches at grassroot levels in our country.Even postmen can be given incentives to popularise this scheme, as they almost meet everyone in their resp areas.
