in our country many villagers at least one in a family will be working in cities as daily laborer. Inform those who employ them has to pay through bank account. By this u can cover 60% within 10 days. for the rest inform they get 50% discount for 3 months on their current bill if they provide bank account. (ONLY those who are in villages and getting less than 200 per month current bill) This will help people to use less power and those who use more than 200 rs per month sure they will have a/c.

Stop fooling to poor indian people. First bring the black money as you promised to india before election. Or give your resignation.
You are also same as congress leaders, who are taking share of black money.Jan Dhan Yojana is fooling to people.

PD Shops are located in every Panchayat or in villages. These shops may be engaged when individual of d family came to get his/her ration of the month. The task of issuing the PMJDY card/ account can b accomplished at that very venue. As the ration is mostly been drawn in the start of the month and the ration cardholders are used to come 2 d shop, the bank employee of nearby branch can do the job at the shop itself, only needed a lap top, printer and network.

Instead of taking money from poor indians, take money from corrupt people ( (Black Money) , including BJP politicians first.
Modi also got share of black money.
