All village Pradhans or Mukhiyas should be made responsible for opening bank account of all house holders. School teachers and Village devolopment officer should make drive for opening the account. These account should provide facilities like insurance, home loan, kisan loan, education loan. Donot make people fool to reduce the subsidy by promising them to deposit subsidy in their account and later withdraw subsidy.

Our Pradhanmantri must depute one or two officers in every State of the country to seek that all the schemes of the Central Government are being implemented in free and impartial manner. That may be regarding Banks, Roads, Food safety, Rail, Education, Health, Employment etc. etc.

PMJDY is a historical step but it only can be success with a little help, assistance and above all interest of concern officials. Myself I have feel, few bank mangers not showing much interest and harassing peoples. I have not lost hope & trying to come-out but what about other millions of people? To open a account they are coming from far distance and spending whole day in the verandas of banks. Govt. plans directly links to officials who will guide the mass. Please try for a solution.

Recetnly I was at my hometown and it was heaetening to know that our maid fely proud in saying that she has a bank account now and she regularly deposits money there. In my view more basic resources like Postoffice should be made a channel partner for it and more people should be encouraged to deposit money in their accounts. Now people should be givn educiation on benefit of using the accounts and not keeping them idle. This will encourage others too, to open accounts.

First of all issue directions to all the officers and employees of Banks to make proper arrangements for display and its explanation to people, of welfare schemes. They should treat the uneducated and downtrodden people in very soft manner so that they could get courage to believe in the schemes of Welfare State and should not feel that they might be forged or they may come under some kind of trouble.

The people who are aimed under this yojna are badically daily wage earners. They cant spend their lot of time for the procedure of account opening. They are even being harrassed in some areas for lack of proper documents. And the bank officers are neglecting them. This has been revealed through the media..So,these practices by the Banking officers needs to be checked.Second view is that Poor villagers dont know how to use Atm cards, what is the use of pass books. So,an awareness programme is needed.

1.Make this success by depositing 5 lakhs rupees in each bank account and whent it is compensated by interest from saving ,withdraw 5 lakhs and put in another's account. 2.All pension holders should be given first priority as senior citizens. 3. If someone who does not have bank account, put money in his post office saving. 4.Banks may be allowed to help this scheme a success by giving loan 5 lakhs at good interest rate and return money when account has sufficient money to sustain good life.

There is a need for dynamicity in our Education System. As it is getting more stagnant, people are finding incompetent ways to develop.
