government must use 100 days employment guaranty scheme to plant trees which will prevent flood, give vegetables, fruits which will increase the revenue of government, green clean Indian atmosphere/air for all can be achieved. afforestation is boosted, reduce flood .
roods(NH,SH,AH) can have small pounds for every 5 kms which can prevent flood, increase ground water, trees can be grown around the pound, tea or coffee shops can be made near the pound for relaxation.

Government can collect all water during rainy seasons in NH,AH roads and store/preserve in small pounds constructed for every five kilometers which will be maintained by road tax collectors/toll in-charges , which will prevent heavy damages in roads during flood.grow trees which give fruits which will increase revenue and prevent soil pollution, air pollution due to heavy transport mechanisms. rivers are to be nationalized.
