For Automobiles- bio diesel extract can be used in petrol and diesel vehicles. This actually increases the mileage by 20 % and reduces the emission by 40 %. I personally use bio diesel in my super splendor bike.
Automobile industries can be instructed to add particulate filter or CO2 absorber to reduce the emission.

First thing I noticed about UT is lack of public transport. Audi and BMW are common here, roads are awesome. so people use them even if they are alone to travel.
Number of buses and awareness to use them should be increased. That is the best way to reduce pollution. Else it is a clean and green city

The air pollutants collected must be carefully disposed. The factory fumes are dealt with chemical treatment.
Encouraging people to use public transport, walk or use a cycle as opposed to private vehicles

Promote rain water harvesting systems for every house which is going to be constructed in near future. And for all construction developers make it mandatory.

Pm should himself endorse the concept or usage of electric cars, like he is promoting the wide generation of electricity by solar energy.
Likewise promote concept of usage of electric vehicles, (like recently electric rikshaw are in full flow, they had given positive impact on cities like meerut, saharanpur, Allahabad, Agra, delhi)

1 gov should research on plant that consumes max CO2 & emits max 02
2 make it mandatory for every membr of family or half the member if large family
3 in order to chk the planting it should be hung or kept outside the house
4 plant shold be cheaper, require low maintenance
5 factories should modify their manufacturing process along with planting shelter belts
6 electric car and transportation should be encouraged & more research should be done on this
