WE have developed water hydro kit for vehicle. Through this kit vehicle run by water instead of petrol and diesel. we can save money and reduce pollution through this. At presently we successfully installed this kit in various vehicle in Pune city since last 1.5 years. we have not found any problem after installed this kit. Feel free to contact me for detail information.

1. Make parkings costlier by imposing heavy pollution tax on non-cng vehicles
2. Use above taxes to provide more subsidies on cng kits to encourage transition of non-cng vehicles to cng.
3. Tie-up with corporates and give annual green incentives to employees who come by bycyle or carpooling.
4.Impose heavy fine if vehicles are found running on kerosene
5.Make it compulsory for corporates to make their employees participate i river cleaning programes atleast once a month

I can give better ideas to control pollution. All Govt and Companies should use their CNG bus for staff transport from office to home. This will reduce pollution. No need govt. money. no need new law. I can give a very meaningful policy for implementation. I am open for detail discussion.
