As there is 80G deductions under Chapter VI for donations. Similarly there shall be some section created like 80 YK for people who donate to plant trees for tax deduction. It will be a great benefit to the environment as people will donate freely to govt. nurseries & get tax benefit & we get so many saplings planted. We can replicate it for Pan India as well after the success.

Following measures can be beneficial provided other support from government:
1. Encouraging carpool
2. Enforce Bus services to each and every firm for their employees. Firm may decide internally for cost and other issues.
3. Restrict heavy vehicles in city, peripheral road to avoid.
4. If have to allow, restrict them for 11:30 pm to 6:30 am
5. Eco friendly measures for construction activities.
6. Mandate Lane Driving
PM are basically due to mismanaged construction and traffic.

Education is powerful tool in guiding people, every school from beginning should have seperate subject which deals with National goal of swach baharth and effects of pollution on nature and rest need to be taken strict measure on infrastructure and waste management and recyling.
Developing and implementing solar powered and electric transportation will eventually lower carbon emission, govt should provide subsidy on electric vechile.

Major metro city should have more than 10 airports. Highway raiway and airport is big part in any development. If u add one platform than surrounding area will develop automatically. If you announce new airport than surrounding area will develop automatically

We should use PAN card for various purpose like we can use this card as a smart card. People can put money in this card and use this money on all travel like bus train. They can tap this card so money will deducted and when they go out then money will be charge to the customer. They can recharge this card online

I think, there is only one solution for all kinds of problems,i.e. control the population, but it is very difficult to make it practical, but China have already done.Delhi also has same problem. They have made odd even rule.but no body focussed on pollution control.very soon, they will make such a rule..one car can run only once in a week...because as population increases, no. Of private vehicles increases, thanks so much for anticipation.

so basically MICRO ALGAE absorbs 150-200 times more CO2 then a TREE in a YEAR.& in waste emits Oxygen. & requires NO electricity to generate power.
ALGAE is a small plant. So this is a BIO-LAMP basically.
