1. Maximum 5 Working Day per week should be made mandatory for all.
2. One day in week should be treated as Bicycle Day for all. And All Cars should be banned on certain roads/alternative road in city to give free air for bicycle rider's from Mid-night to night.
3. Toll Taxes should be increased on Saturday & Sunday or holidays and minimized on working days.
4. Cars & SUV registered in name of companies should be charged higher toll taxes, as they get depreciation benefit every year.

There should be a mass level advertisement which could make a mindset of regular plantation of trees, planting tree should become a RITUAL.This word should be considered, RITUAL!!!!.
*So that on every good occasion people could plant tree.
*Government should declare a day in month as "tree plantation day", and local advertisement must be done on that day encouraging public to make their surrounding beautiful and healthy, this could be done through loudspeakers in autoriksha on"Tree plant..day"

In respect to pollution control,in the 21st century,it is not possible to restrict the facilities of people, but, there should be proper management to control the pollution, to encourage less polluted vehicle like CNG,elctric, maximum use of solar and hydro electricity, industrial area should be about 25kms from residence area, Industrial area should consume maximum area for greenery to control the carbot from factory.drainage and waste management should be perfect to control the pollution.
