Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

The Corrupt filthy rich dynasties including foreign Vatican-Italian dynasties and 1% RICH ELITES have ruled 99% of Indians and looted like Brits n worse than them LUTYENS nerve needs to be destroyed

सबको शिक्षा (योग-विज्ञानं आधारित संस्कार-संस्कृति-चारीत्रिक-नैतिक-उत्थान-अध्यात्मिक-सांस्कृतिक-वैज्ञानिक-तक्नीकी ज्ञान- हाथ का हुनर-कौशल विकास,शरीर सौष्ठव,बुद्धि-विवेक- आत्म-नैतिक-चारित्रिक बल बढ़ाने वाली शिक्षा, पर्यावरण सुरक्षा आधुनिक पद्धति से), शिक्षा के स्तर में सुधार की आवश्यकता, सबको स्वास्थ्य(बचपन से ही योग-व्यायाम-खेलकूद,स्काउट,एन.सी..सी.सैनिक शिक्षा अनिवार्य की जानी चाहिए ), सबको रोजगार(छोटे छोटे उद्द्योगो एवं रोजगार को बढ़ावा),

मंत्रियों, सांसदों, विधायकों, सभासदों, सरकारी व् संगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों के लिए कम से कम 90% आर्थिक लेन-देन ऑन लाइन(बैंक द्वारा) किया जाना अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए. दस हजार से ऊपर का एक (Single) लेन-देन-खरीद बिक्री-प्राप्ति-भुगतान (आर्थिक लेन-देन) को ऑन लाइन किया जाना अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए.

प्रत्येक नागरिक का एक बचत खाता (Saving Bank Account), प्रत्येक परिवार का अपना एक रहने योग्य मकान (परिवार/संयुक्त परिवार के सदस्यों की संख्या अनुसार पर्याप्त जगह/स्थान/accomadation) जिसमे उसका अपना बिजली कनेक्शन हो, प्रत्येक परिवार में एक लैंड लाइन फ़ोन भी होना चाहिए.

तमाम करों (taxes) को समाप्त करके transaction tax लगाए जाने पर विचार करना चाहिए. cash less transaction को प्रोत्साहन देने कि लिए cash less transaction पर किसी प्रकार का चार्जेज ,अधिभार नहीं लगाया जाना चाहिए. दस हजार से ऊपर के सभी प्रकार के नगद लेन-देन-खरीद-बिक्री दंडनीय होनी चाहिए. राजनीतिक संस्थाओं के लिए भी नगद लेन-देन पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंधित होनी चाहिए.
