WORLD CLASS ROUNDABOUTS IN THE CITY (2)
The above Four Road Junction near the Petrol Station, which is currently having Signal Points without having any Sign Boards. No one knows which road and where it goes. Only the regular users, like the Locals and Bus Drivers, do not have any problem. Think about the outsiders and they should be guided through the Sign Boards.

should perform essential functions for human development: protection, support for productive and leisure activities, ensure mobility of goods and people, promote the development and cohesion of citizens, guarantee their health and comfort, etc. Like a living body, these functions consume resources and generate emissions and waste. A smart-efficient city gets the highest performance with the minimum consumption

Smart City actions include, among other initiatives: the reorganisation of the urban mobility scheme with a new bridge and access ways; the transformation of the old quarter into a pedestrian area; the creation of a new "zero emissions" district; and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, to reduce of the city's emissions by at least 30%.

GIS allows dynamic and systematic information maintenance and management to define and update rehabilitation strategies, by objectively establishing priorities and intervention strategies. It manages to detect municipalities, districts and quarters by their vulnerability typology, including criteria such as building rehabilitation and stability, habitability, social issues, accessibility, energy efficiency, etc.
