What kind of a Smart City where at every tourist spot, every market and at every red light there are so many beggars. I think if we are really planning to make our PASIGHAT a smart city we should seriously think of firstly rehabilitation or employment of the beggars and make ourselves a beggar free city

Everyone of us likes to have a good dreams, as good dreams are a good source of pleasure and pleasantness. Dreaming good dreams is not bad, as they not only delight us but also became a good cause to motivate us so that we can pave the ways to fulfill the objectives of life. Dreams are often a mixture of real and imaginary characters and places and events. One such good dream I dreamed is of my smart city Pasighat.
