Awareness campaigns should be organised for the proper use of water and electricity. More and more dustbins should be installed to make the city neat and clean. The one who dose not obey the rules of cleanliness, could be detected from the spy cameras easily. They should be penalised though they may be juveniles.

The Department studies, assesses and forecasts the need for technological development in specific industrial sectors in particular. The public is also responsible for facilitating and increasing the smart city. The Govt. is also responsible for Intellectual Property Rights relating to Patents, Designs, Trade Marks and Geographical Indication of Goods and oversees the initiative relating to their promotion and protection.

There are few sectors in which we need to catch up while planning for smart city. Unless our oldest town pasighat fulfils these basic necessities of its inhabitant, the ground for development will never be strong

Arunachal Pradesh & there is never ending vast stretches of land for agricultural occupation in Maryam & Jampani areas. Pasighat has also a rich history connected with the British regime which is testified by many War memorials near Pasighat. SMART CITY PASIGHAT, JEWEL OF ARUNACHAL. Pasighat located on the banks of the Siang river has vast potential for growth as Smart city. It has good connectivity by road & in near future within a year or two by train & air.
