#SmartCity #NaviMumbaiThere should be cycle tracks available for Cyclist and Awareness on road users is a Must. #MyGov Have some road user clubs to promote this, road users are not just cars and bikes, it includes every one Pedestrians, Cyclist, Gymnasts etc as well.
Secondly would appreciate if we can have GPS System for Local Bus Transport and displays the bus route and where the bus is currently on the Bus Stands (AS is the case in many developed countries)

Free flow of traffic is essential for any Smart city. Parking vehicles at road turnings and junctions create bottle necks and traffic snarls

Before we make Smart City, we have to make our citizen smart. Economy and education are two must for a smart citizen. Let’s first build the infrastructure that bring economic growth. Education infrastructure is already there but we need to focus on the skill development of the people which will lead to employment generation

Let’s make a holistic approach for the development. Keep the balance between the development and environment. Navi Mumbai has many issues like industrial hazards, industrial wastes, vehicle movements that adds up to the pollution. A smart solution for these challenges are first priority for the development of the City

Cost of development should not be its environment. Navi Mumbai has to grow with care for nature. None of us could survive if nature is not protected. Greens of our city is one of the asset that must be protected with the development of new townships

Smart City vision to ensure clean ambient air, pollution free environment with hazards minimization in the industries. Future of our city lies in the hands of the city planner. They Should dedicate their best effort to make sure that the environment is not polluted or like many other industrial town in the world it will become inhabitable for the citizens.
