No birthday banners/posters of political leaders: Unless the whole nation recognizes birthday of a political leader, there is no need for them to publicize. Illegal posters are simply unacceptable.

Cost of development should not be its environment. Navi Mumbai has to grow with care for nature. None of us could survive if nature is not protected. Greens of our city is one of the asset that must be protected with the development of new townships

Irresponsible parking on side of the road causes traffic jams. More parking zones in each node near commercial markets to avoid parking on both sides of the road which causes traffic.

Each node has a common point area. Sharing of rickshaws should be created by RTO from station and highway to such common point areas in each node. Sharing will save people cost on daily travel and rickshaw owners will also earn more money per trip.

Rail travel should be senior citizen friendly. Each station should have escalators for them to reach the platforms.
Each coach should have a senior citizen coach in Harbour line so that they can travel in ease. Many Senior citizens may tend to avoid rail travel because of lack of senior citizen friendly amenities
