I think, we need to educate people about their responsibilities. Later one should focus on providing quality basic needs for the poor as well as for rich like roads, transportation, water, electricity and then others.

A ring road to Hubli Dharwad is a must, main issue in city is dust and path holes on roads, moments of heavy vehicles (goods transport)should be banned, corporation must educate people about cleanliness and also support public when complaints given. Proper response not given by HDMC to peoples views, HDMC should change its attitude and come out with good governance.Reduce moment of trafic between twin city, Introduce local trains between twin city, bring good buses and give attractive services.
