5)No wall posters should be allowed for any reason. Heavy penalty should be levied on the person who is advertising and not the person who is pasting posters. Example. If a movie poster is found, the respective theater playing the movie should be penalized.

On either side of the road, build prefabricated concrete gutters and inside this we should lay all telephone, ofc and water pipe line. On the other side we can have drain and electrical cables. Fill his with sand since rodents will not dig burrows in sand. Lay concrete slab on top and use it as Foot path. 2) All properties should be demated and sale and purchase should be like shares. This will prevent fraud and minimize the corruption.

4. Put a sort of filters in the storm water drain (in front of each building) so that solid waste will be blocked at the source and will not block drains and pollute water sources. And the building owners can be held responsible for any solid waste accumulated in the drain in front of their building 5. Ban road side eateries/Function hall/Hotels from using disposable plastic cups/plates. Fine them heavily or cancel their licenses if they dispose these in storm drains(which all of them do)

1. Provide bins to dispose hazardous materials like bottles , Bulbs, Tube lights , medicine bottles, Syringes. Corporation can even generate some revenue by selling the collected materials to recyclers. 2. Fix 'Permanent Road level' for all the localities so that buildings along the roads will not keep 'sinking' when ever roads are relayed or repaired adding height to the existing roads 3. Make it mandatory for road contractors to 'integrate' roads and culverts with the existing buildings.

The work on the proposed BRTS work between Hubli-Dharwad is very slow. It was suupossed to be operational by 2015. But it is still under construction. I urge the state government to also look into thier second biggest city and not just concentrate on Bangalore and Mysore.
