Develop Hubbali Dharwad as Education capital of Karnataka. Entire city shall be facilitated with basis infrastructure like 24x7water supply, underground drainage scheme with smart solutions like SCADA and tap non revenue losses through digital meters. Provide accountability in all government services to citizens through e-governance in order to avoid frustration of citizens in bad services. Improving the quality of life by providing industrial infrastructure along with renewable energy concepts.

Durgad bail area of Hubli city is highly crowded region,as major wholesale market is situated in this region(Commerce City-HUBLI).The problem is large number of cattle's are let out in market, that causes nuisance in travelling leading to deluge(traffic jam). My suggestion is either pass a rule to cattle owners to tie their cattle's in their land, not letting them out or government should make arrangements. This will be solution to control traffic & keep city clean.

Improvement of historical spots in amargol, unkal and dharwad
Improving civic education (banning is not a deterrent)

Hubli is enough developed compared to Dharwad. Let make Dharwad make equal to hubli. and More importance should be given to "Dharwad" compared to hubli.
GIVE MORE IMPORTANCE TO DHARWAD THAN HUBLI.IN SMART CITY PROJECT

In my opinion,
our cities r widely spread.more numbr of area is widely consumption for constructions.agriculture area is getting vry low.
So we hve to plan for "VERTICAL CITY" Building taller apartments, shoping malls, stores etc.
By this city get converged in small area.Large numbr of area ll be remained.that can be used for agriculture, widening roads, parks etc.
By this maintainence of city will be minimized.
